Snow/Bad Weather or Emergency Closures

Any decision to close the school is made with the health, safety and wellbeing of our children, families and staff as our top priority.

If St Ignatius does need to close, we will let families know as early as possible on the day via Class Dojo and the Wakefield Council School Closures page.

If a closure lasts more than a day, class teachers will share learning activities with families via Class Dojo.

We appreciate your understanding and support in such situations.
