The Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust

We are proudly part of the wider family of Catholic schools within The Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust (BKCAT), which currently comprises 12 primaries and 3 secondaries in Wakefield and its surrounding areas.

Being part of the Trust enables us to collaborate and work closely with other schools across the Trust for the benefit of our children.

Further information regarding our Trust can be found on the Trust website.

St Thomas à Becket Catholic Secondary School, Wakefield

Year 6 pupils at St Ignatius have the opportunity to transition to St Thomas à Becket Catholic Secondary School, Wakefield which is also part of our Trust.

As our children journey through Key Stage 2, we work closely with the school and their staff to enhance our own curriculum provision in Sport, RE and Science. This also allows our children to grow their familiarity with the school and staff before transitioning to high school.

Further information regarding St Thomas à Becket can be found on the school website.
