Admissions

Choosing and applying for a new school is one of the most important decisions you will make for your child.

As a Catholic school, our governors are responsible for setting the Admissions Policy and allocating places based on its criteria.  The current Admissions Policy can be found below.  Please make sure you read it carefully, and before making any decisions, try to visit our school for a look around.   The Local Authority coordinates the admissions process on behalf of our school.

When applying for a place in our school, it is important to also complete the Supplementary Information Form which you can find below.  This document needs to be returned to school, and not the Local Authority.

For more information about admissions, please email admissions@stig.bkcat.co.uk, or contact school on 01924 271625.

A thought provoking and moving few words that sum up the love we have for our children.

Reflection of a Parent

I gave you life, but I cannot live it for you.

I gave you direction, but I cannot be there to lead you.

I can take you to church, but I cannot make you believe.

I can teach you right from wrong, but I cannot always decide for you.

I can buy you beautiful clothes, but I cannot make you beautiful inside.

I can give you love, but I cannot force it upon you.

I can teach you to share, but I cannot make you unselfish.

I can teach you respect, but I cannot force you to show it.

I can advise you about friends, but I cannot choose them for you.

I can tell you about lost goals, but I cannot achieve them for you.

I can teach you kindness, but I cannot force you to be gracious.

I can pray for you, but I cannot make you walk with God.

I can tell you how to live, but I cannot give you eternal life.

I can love you with unconditional love all of my life… and I will.
